Your defining qualities
You have several years of leadership experience and the ability to coach and mentor your teams. You have many years of experience in quality and driving risk mitigation in software and electronic development. You have expertise in the end-to-end software development lifecycle with dependencies on hardware and firmware development and release processes, and know how to implement lean and agile values, principles, and methodologies in the process. You are familiar with standards and regulatory acts such as ISO9001, ISO27001, IEC 62443, Cybersecurity Resilient Act, and others relevant to E2E Product Lifecycle Management (e.g., ISO42001, ISO14001, and ISO45001). You are familiar with quality tools (APQP, 8D, RCA, FMEA, Agile, Scrum), code checker tools (SonarQube, Coverity), code repositories, GenAI in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and requirement engineering. You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent and you are proficient in German and English.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
