Develop and lead the LTP (Long Terme Partner) to be the Best-in-Class Route-to-Market Model to support Nestle Growth & distribution objectives. The role involves the direct management of Distributor Partners and the leadership of Distributor Development Managers. This includes development of sales relationships and performance of distributors through clear sales strategies, managing trade spend, and working closely with the Commercial Development Team (CDT) and Marketing. Additionally, the role requires engaging a high-performance team to execute plans, key initiatives, and market activities, fostering a values-based team culture through coaching, skill development, and transparent accountability. **A day in the life of a Head of Distributor Development:** + Sales within your Distributor/ Customer portfolio, with a high level of forecast accuracy + Manage the key relationships with your Distributors, and with your team, to be a source of industry and market insights and understanding + Management of Trade Spend levels and programs with the specific aim of effectively using TTS to underpin core performance, support key market initiatives and meet channel ales objectives. + Actively participating in the evaluation of the effectiveness of our trade investments to drive effective spend + An active and constructive voice within the Sales Leadership team: participation in sales discussions, project group involvement, Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process participation, New Product Development (NPD) and market initiatives alignment. + Lead the team in their development to that of a high performance team that drives growth through alignment of key Market initiatives, execution of plans and ability to influence at the decision making level of the distributors + Actively develop people through coaching and professional skills training. Ensure career & succession planning, PDP's and talent management processes are in place + Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies **What will make you successful:** + Min 7 years field sales experience + Min 3 years distributor management experience
