The incumbent will manage team leaders, Managers/ Sr. Managers and subject matter experts, set and monitor OKRs and KPIs, drive execution discipline, improve service delivery standards and work directly with the CEO to represent these departments at the leadership level. Lead, mentor and develop department leaders and functional experts. Support strategic projects that improve service quality, scalability and business enablement. Conduct performance reviews, capability building and team development initiatives.
