Duties and responsibilities related to the Head Conciergerole

Manage and elevate the experience of VIP guests and guests by ensuring they receive all relevant information about hotel servicesAnticipate guest needs and provide personalised recommendationsRespond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and special requestsApply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and hotel revenueMaintain a deep knowledge of London’s best restaurants, cultural spots, and experiences to enhance guest staysCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotelAssist the Front Office team in managing guest arrivals, check-ins, and departuresLead and train the team in concierge servicesEnsure that each guest experience is authentic, personalized and refinedBe an ambassador for Great Scotland Yard and Hyatt Hotels, promoting our Food Beverage outlets and services across our properties

About you

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.Strong knowledge of London and the best it has to offer in terms of shows, restaurants, attractions and events is required.

Must be a member of the Les Clefs d’Or.
