Salary Details:

Based on minimum education and experience qualifications, the yearly salary range is $51,500 - $58,500.

Required Education:

4 Year Degree Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking an energetic, visionary Head Softball Coach to guide our Wildcats in the United East Conference. This position oversees every facet of the Penn College NCAA Division III Softball program and must fully comply with NCAA Division III and United East Conference regulations. Specific duties will include the recruitment of qualified student-athletes, conducting and supervising practices and competitions, budget management, equipment inventory, supervision of assistant coaches, ensure the safety of all student-athletes at all times, and monitoring student-athletes' academic progress. Prior coaching experience at the college level is preferred.

Minimum education and experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated expertise in softball.
