What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end production operations of ice creams and desserts Spearhead daily production planning, compliance & team management Develop and innovate seasonal and signature recipes Oversee costing, scheduling, and procurement for product lines Train, mentor, and scale a high-performing production team Ensure top-notch quality and consistency at a commercial scale
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of hands-on experience in bakery/pastry production Proven track record in factory/mass production setups Strong leadership, communication & planning skills Multilingual fluency: English, Hindi, Marathi preferred Prior training/teaching experience is a plusReady to lead a bold new era of healthy desserts?
