Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
Design and execute innovative menus that reflect Park Hyatt standards while incorporating local and international cuisine
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Maintain strict adherence to Hyatt brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Manage food cost, inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to achieve financial targets
Recruit, train, develop, and mentor culinary colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Collaborate closely with Food Beverage, Events, and Hotel Leadership teams to deliver memorable dining experiences
Drive sustainability, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing initiative

International luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Culinary certification or professional training preferred
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse, multicultural teams
Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a passion for creativity and innovation
Sound understanding of food costing, budgeting, and operational controls
