Key Duties Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you will lead the culinary delivery of our all-day dining and drinking brasserie, Eastway.

You will ensure flawless execution, creativity, and operational excellence whilemaintainingthe highest Hyatt brand standards.

Oversee planning and execution of all food production, ensuring consistency,qualityandtimelydelivery.

Lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade, creating clear structure,accountabilityand strong service leadership during peak operations.

Drive food cost control,labourefficiency,and waste management in line with budgeted KPIs.

Maintain exceptional food safety,hygieneand brand standards across all areas.

Monitor guest feedback and operational performance, implementing improvements that enhance both experience and profitability.

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within premium hotel operations. A structured, hands-on leader with strong operational control, who can maintainexceptional culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.
