Responsibilities

Job Purpose

\n

Manage the salary and benefits administration, implement performance bonus and other incentive programs for DHL FTE/FTC employees. Participate salary surveys to compare against market practice. Design and implement tax friendly salary structure. Framing new policies/processes and regularly updating the existing. Governance of HR systems within Legal and local framework.

Scope of Job

\n\nStrategize general direction and C&B policy\nNew policies and processes, regular update on existing.\nSupport, guidance and recommendations on department structure, roles profiles, RCS grading, and compensation.\nImplementation of HR system projects\nManage assignees contracts and C&B, support on smooth relocation.\nHandle employee compensation, tax and retirement benefit queries. Timely resolving employee disputes/grievances.\nSupport and guidance on employee relocation and benefits.\n\n

Key Tasks\nManage the review and recommendations of salary annual reviews,\nEnsure adequate and appropriate information is obtained and compared against the appropriate market.\nProvide appropriate salary recommendations in line with market conditions and business projections.\nAdopt sound salary administration practices in line with regional standards. Align salary/benefits review process to Regional Office standards and meet deadlines.\nEnsuring accuracy in performance bonus calculations and timely payouts.\nEnsures smooth processing of Payroll and timely payment of salaries to employees.\nTimely statutory payments and reports to finance.\nDevelop and implement incentive plans to meet business performance requirements.\nManage the collection of data to support incentive payments.\nImplements regional incentive programs and ensures local programs comply. Manage the application of expatriate’s work permit and their compensation and benefits matters, taxation. \nManaging Visas/Employment Contracts: Ensure effective management of respective administration. Support transition arrangements and ensure practice is competitive.\nEnsure annual staff performance review is completed in time\nBenefits review & administration\n\n

Internal Stake Holders – VP HR, Regional C&B (APAC), Regional & Corporate HR. In addition, a key part of the role is also work across the levels in the organisation to deliver the required business results.

Business understanding and stakeholder management are the key skills required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

\n

Education Level – Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed University/Institute with specialisation in HR

\n

Experience Level – 15 to 18 years
