This position involves responsibility for skilled building maintenance and construction work and the supervision of other skilled specialized tradespeople and maintenance mechanics. This position fills the critical role of a "hands-on" working supervisor. Typical work activities may include: + Coordinating, supervising and participating in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting and mechanical repair and renovations; + Maintaining and requisitioning materials, parts, equipment, tools, etc. as needed; + Leads and participates in Groundskeeping and snow removal activities; + May be required to operate a motor vehicle in connection with assignments; + Additional related work as required.
