Head Bartender

A Head Bartender / Bartender engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.  We are looking for talent, passionate and skilled bar professionals to join our team and work in Bellini, our stunning seaside bar and lounge.


What will I be doing?

As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth service delivery

Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, mixers, beers, wine, etc., and special guest requests

Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required

Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail-making techniques

Ensure compliance of brand standards and operational procedures

Manage guest queries promptly and professionally

Represent team needs and support a positive workplace culture.

Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities

Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared

Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Be environmentally aware

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

What are we looking for?

A Head Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Minimum 2 years experiences in Bartender position.

Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation.

Committed to delivering high levels of customer service

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to different work situations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in hotel industry

Holder of, or currenlty in posession of, an LCQ Certificate

Graduate of EBS or an equivalent professional bartending program

Willingness to develop team members and self
