\nAs the Head Bartender of our exclusive rooftop lounge, you will be the creative and operational leader of the bar. You will oversee all aspects of beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, an elevated cocktail program, and a stylish, upbeat atmosphere, engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

What will I be doing?
A Head Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nReceive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner\nCreate and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.\nTake food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required\nUnderstand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities\nKeep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared\nEfficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts\nAnswer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner\n Curate, develop, and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with the lounge’s luxury brand identity.\nLead daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and premium guest satisfaction.\nSupervise, train, and mentor the bar team; conduct regular tastings and skills development sessions.\nMaintain inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and cost management.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.\nCultivate a vibrant bar culture and ensure a high-energy, welcoming environment.\nCollaborate with the culinary team for pairing menus and signature experiences.\nStay current with industry trends and introduce seasonal or themed cocktail experiences.\nHandle guest feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.\nMonitor bar performance metrics, sales, and upselling opportunities.\nUphold brand standards in presentation, service etiquette, and ambiance.\nWhat are we looking for?
A Head Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nMinimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a high-end or luxury environment.\nExpertise in classic and contemporary mixology, spirits, wine, and champagne and the ability to create classic cocktails\nFlexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on evenings, weekends and holidays.\nExceptional personal presentation and communication skills\nFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations\nPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service\nStrong leadership, communication, and training abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and a passion for guest experience.\nProfessional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury setting.\n\n
*Preferred:**
- Sommelier or mixology certifications.
- Experience with rooftop, lounge, or nightlife venues in the luxury segment.
- Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
