Overview

An international bank is looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Solutions to lead transaction execution across corporate lending and trade finance.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination from credit approval through to disbursement, working across multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of corporate lending and trade finance transactions. Coordinate across relationship management, credit, legal, operations and treasury teams. Ensure timely validation of credit conditions, documentation and disbursement requirements. Oversee execution of trade finance instruments including LCs and guarantees. Drive operational excellence, ensuring transactions are completed within agreed timelines. Maintain execution trackers, reporting dashboards and performance metrics. Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements. Act as a central point of coordination for complex and syndicated transactions.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in corporate banking operations, credit execution or trade finance. Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit processes and transaction structuring. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project management and execution capability. High attention to detail with a focus on quality and control.
