About this Role Taylor’s Constructionis seeking a skilledDrill / HDD Operatorto support horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and related operations for telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects. The Drill / HDD Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating drilling equipment to install underground conduit and utilities, working closely with project supervisors and field crews across job sites. This role is field-based with emphasis on execution, safety, and quality.
