As an **HCP APP Scheduler** , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of clinical study visits. By managing scheduling activities for our Healthcare Professional (HCP) Network, you will help accelerate the deployment of field-based and remote clinicians and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide.
**Day-to-day responsibilities will include**
+ Review work requests and change orders in our internal scheduling platform (HCP Network App) and create/distribute work offers to appropriate field-based and remote clinicians.
+ Monitor responses to work offers and assign qualified employees to visits.
+ Verify required qualifications, ensure credentials are current, and alert staff of upcoming expirations.
+ Respond to inquiries from clinical study teams regarding visit assignments.
+ Provide support to HCPs as needed, including CRM assistance, initial training on the HCP Network App, and guidance to ensure successful visit completion.
+ Track visit completion and monitor CRM utilization by assigned employees.
+ Perform other administrative tasks as required.
**What We Are Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education, or relevant experience in a medical or administrative setting within a medical-related field
+ Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Basic understanding of clinical trials and medical terminology
+ Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with global teams and field-based staff.
+ Amenable to work on a fixed term contract for 1 year
