Job Description Implementation Engineers are hands-on from day one, working directly with healthcare sites to deploy our PACS/RIS platform. A typical day involves preparing and executing DICOM image migrations, ensuring data integrity, and ingesting customer data. You'll engage with radiologists, technologists, and site administrators to understand workflows and configure the system to meet clinical needs. End-to-end modality testing across CR, DX, CT, MR, US, and more, to ensure proper patient data flow. This role requires excellent communication skills, comfort with large datasets, DICOM, SQL, PACS workflow, RIS workflow, and considerate Linux knowledge and a proactive approach to managing timelines and expectations across multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
