BUSINESS CONTEXT

With ambitious plan for UPro in Vietnam, we are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial talent to driveUpro business in Vietnam to another height. Reporting to Home Care VN Commercial Lead, this role will be responsibleThis role will be responsible for managing Uprogrowth strategy, shaping a profitable & sustainable business model with focus on creating fit to win dedicated portfolio to serve operators needs.

The Leader in this position will lead the team of Marketing Executive & Customer Strategy Planning Assistant Manager, and co-work with cross function in SEA (Finance, R&D, CMI …) to leads end-to-end business.

Job description:

Building & driving category growth strategy: 

Build & drive UPro Vietnam growth strategy including defining source of growth & key building thrusts to win

Lead Homecare UPro Vietnam S&OP, building a profitable and sustainable P&L model for UPro Vietnam 

Oversee all daily operations of this business end to end, including performance management, key stakeholders (cross functional team) engagement and key Customers/Operators facing.

Developing innovation: 

Identifydifferent needs of operators per sub channels of Pro including HORECA, Laundry service, At work to design relevant portfolio 

Work closely with cross functional team including R&D, CMI, SC, Finance, CD to launch UPro dedicated portfolio in SEA and Vietnam with full demand creation and RTM plan 

Work with key stakeholders in key countries to monitor in-market execution against agreed KPIs 

Build a profitable and sustainable P&L model for UPro Vietnam

Profile & Requirements: 

5-7 years’ experience in marketing & CS&P with innovation experience is a big plus

Profound understanding of Operators and Professional channels

Strong project management skills

Good analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision-making  

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

A team player: accountable, open minded who likes to work in rapid and agile way
