Lead the onboarding process for new contingent workforce hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.Supervise and manage the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.Oversee and improve operational activities related to contingent workforce management, including maintaining records, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide strategic support for HC operations, including data management, reporting, and leading HC/CW projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless people operations processes and proactively address any issues or concerns.Mentor and guide junior associates in the contingent workforce team.Qualifications:
Experienced 3+ years in HR operations or people operations.Proven experience in managing contingent workforce operations.Strong leadership and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office, Excel, reporting and other latest AI tools.Ability to manage and integrate multiple data sources and systems.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
