Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
HC People Analytics Specialist
Maintain and develop complex calculations/data sets in the area of compensation and performance management, including periodic data processing,
Maintain PowerBI dashboards,
Drive continuous improvement, support automation, and enhance process efficiencies,
Support the team in compensation reviews using Excel tools, Workday EIB, data processing, and ensuring data quality,
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from HC and specialists' teams.
Apply if you have:University degree,
2+ years of experience in HR data analysis and Excel/PowerBI solutions,
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
An understanding of HR processes, particularly in compensation and performance management,
Extensive expertise in Excel and PowerBI,
Familiarity in Workday EIB,
An understanding of AI and its possibilities/limitations in data analysis,
A strong sense of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding the handling of sensitive data,
Proactive and empathetic communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities, adaptable to diverse environments.
Nice to have:Proficiency in German language.
