HBSG National Manager
Job Description

Position Summary: 

Manage multiple centers and supervise associates and their workflow, ensuring high morale, excellent customer service and maximize cost efficiencies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, direct and manage day to day operations of HBSG divisionsWork closely with Eagle Division Managers, Mortgage Credit Specialist Managers, Mortgage Credit Specialists, Loan Officers, Lennar Management and NHC’s to assist in educating and training of referring potential customers to Eagle’s Home Buyer Solutions GroupDevelop, communicate and execution of national growth strategyInterview, hire, development and motivate HBSG associates to achieve measurable goals and reach their potentialDevelop relationships with Lennar/Eagle division leaders to pursue new opportunities and cultivate additional sales prospectsCollaborate with Secondary to monitor risks of customer baseSelf assess progress and continuously improve processesProvide coaching and promote a professional team effort. Provide support for problem solvingCommunicate successes with Eagle and Lennar ManagementCommunicate customer status with Eagle divisionsCollaborate with Marketing Department Ensure compliance with federal regulations, investor requirements and corporate best practice standardsHandle issues with consumers, Eagle & Lennar Divisions

In addition to the above, each Associate will be required to cross train for position(s) within the organization which may, from time to time, be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Four year college degree (preferred)Minimum 1-3 years division manager (preferred)Minimum 5-7 years supervisory and management experience in the mortgage and lending industry (originating, processing, closing and underwriting of FHA/VA/Conventional loans.Current knowledge and experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (LP, DU, GUS)Attention to detailMinimum 4 - 5 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background (preferred)Knowledge of various loan programs and credit and qualifying requirementsAbility to read, analyze, and communicate results of technical data, credit reportsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questionsEffective communication skills both verbal and written.  Ability to convey complex issues in a positive and simple manner to customersResults orientedTeam Player with ability to work well under pressurePossess positive and professional attitude and represent company in a positive mannerProvide outstanding customer service, work well under pressure and be a team playerExcellent time management skills, able to handle multiple responsibilities Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyaltyExperience utilizing Excel, Word, and CRM systemAdvanced Internet and Email skills

Contacts: Regular interaction with Eagle Division Managers, Loan Officers, Home building Division, New Home Consultants, prospective home buyers.

Physical Requirements:

Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, copier, scanner, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
