SUMMARY
The Haymakers Store Director (C-Store) is responsible for establishing and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store enduring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To treat customers as guests with respect and courtesy while providing them with quick, friendly service. This includes greeting and acknowledge every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Genuine Customer Care.Analyzes and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.Controls shrink, expenses and payroll.Ensures appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked.Aware of competition activities and report results; shares information with supervisor and makes appropriate price recommendations.Reviews department/store trends. Recommends and initiates changes for maximizing goals and objectives.Ensures compliance with all laws, policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk through and audits, etc. Act as NFI's representative both within the store and within the community.Evaluates and reacts to performance issues.Train and develop store team in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel.Processes information and merchandises through computer system and POS register system.Communicates with Associates and guestsEnsures all Loss Prevention Policies and procedures are trained and followed by all Associates.Ensures all safety policies and procedures are trained and followed by all Associates.Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.KEY ATTRIBUTES

Manages all Associates in this store. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates;Planning, assigning, and directing work;Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Associates;Addressing complaints and resolving problems.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
