Kings Dominion is looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals to bring to life all of our stunning characters! As a seaonal Make Up Artist, you may apply or work with any of the following products: stage and show make up, latex makeup, prosthetics and other special fx makeup for performers.

Youll also:

Apply stage make-up, liquid latex, and other special effect makeup to talent.Learn & comply with the safe and appropriate use of all chemicals, products, & equipment (such as air brush machines) necessary for the job.Work with supervisors to maintain working condition of latex prosthetics assigned production, including maintenance and cleaning.

Responsibilities:Under direction of Makeup Supervision, assist in makeup and prosthetic application and removalCommunicate with performers regarding any questions and/or concerns they may haveComplete makeup looks as designed, in a timely mannerHelp maintain cleanliness of work areaParticipate in other duties as needed by the Entertainment department.
Qualifications:

You!Ability to demonstrate creativity.A resume and portfolio showing a wide range of makeup looks including beauty makeup, gore makeup, and special effect makeup. Must have a minimum of 8 different looks. Previous experience with make-up application, theatrical make-up or prosthetic application required.People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.Good judgement and a commitment to safety.Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.Individuals with a passion and excitement about Kings DominionAvailability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
