Full Job DescriptionHATCHERY CLERK Performs routine but varied clerical accounting duties such as data entry, receiving, inventory reconciliation, compiling records, purchasing, and other duties as needed.Duties & Responsibilities: Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTechBalance and reconcile dataVerify inventoryCreate requisitions and record receipts of materialCreate and close out work ordersCommunicate with Vendors and follow through with ordersPerforms other duties as assigned.Uses required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company. Qualifications: (Required/Desired) 1-2 years related experienceMust have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Experience in SAP is preferredMust be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environmentMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessaryMust be organized and detail mindedMust have customer service skillsConfidentiality a must EOE/Vets/Disability
