Position Description
Christopher Stubb’s research group is currently seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to play a key role in optimizing the performance of the Rubin Observatory system. Our near-term goal is to optimize the performance of the Rubin Observatory system, with a particular focus on flux calibration and image quality considerations. Once the system is in operation we intend to fully exploit the data set to address forefront open questions in cosmology, fundamental physics, and astrophysics.
