Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems. **Responsibilities:** + Provide guidance and professional development support to team of electrical engineers + Manage hardware PCB and PCBA design and release schedules across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and issues are tracked and actioned + Ensure engineering projects are properly resourced with the right staff and equipment + Report and communicate project status across teams and to senior management + Guide growth and quality of department by implementing and maintaining policies and procedures + Track and create plans to resolve obsolescence issues + Provide input and support to business finance with project cost estimates and budget review + Work across the business to successfully deliver against development priorities + Provide documentation of work and analysis in formal technical reports and presentations **Qualifications:** + BS in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related degree + Minimum management work experience of 3 years + Minimum electrical engineering work experience of 8 years + Team focused mentality with strong leadership skills + Strong communication and collaboration skills with both direct reports and across engineering and management teams + In depth knowledge of analog and digital design concepts, filters, oscillators, and power circuits + Familiar with PLM tools and ECO/ECR process + There is no clearance requirement to begin employment.
