Overseeing Engineering Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program; develop corrective action plans and assist in the development of long-range objectives, including engineering customer goals + Safeguarding of classified/proprietary material, hardware, and documentation, utilizing defense material/property under Export Administration Regulations + Develop and implement communication plans, providing consulting support to functional and engineering customer management + Work to influence stakeholders within and outside responsible area at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures + Work autonomously with limited oversight; provide professional input, guidance, and problem solving + This position requires some physical exertion while standing, sitting, or walking, working outside **The Hardware Engineering Lab Lead is in McKinney, TX and the position is onsite.** **Qualifications You Must Have:** + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience + Advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
