We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to lead the development of high-availability electronic systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing hardware solutions that meet demanding performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. You will collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers, product marketing, quality and supply chain to develop innovative solutions. **As HARDWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:** + Design and develop new product/tester Electronics that demonstrate added value to customers, or material cost reduction base on Professional Tool practices. Use Altium Designer, and other tools for hardware development include Schematic, PCB layout and electronics drawings for PCBA of ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers MCB and BLE connectivity. + Prepare engineering electronics drawings, specifications, and test plans to release the new products to manufacturing/supplier with satisfy product requirements. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams of global engineering teams, procurement teams, sales/marketing teams, vendors, standards institutions and testing laboratories to conduct feasibility studies to assess technology alignment with product specifications. + Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions, Analyze design of products from an engineer's standpoint including but not limited to integrity, reliability, efficiency, material specification, manufacturability, safety, certification, and testing. + Identify design improvements to address quality or performance issues, DFM support and electronic lifecycle management support. **WHO YOU ARE:** You will anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
