Qualifications: Hardware Project Manager (7+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated ECAT Hardware Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to oversee the sustaining phase and copy projects within our ECAT hardware division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hardware development lifecycle, change management, material tracking, risk mitigation, and comprehensive project reporting, specifically encompassing Tier 1, Tier 2, and GPU-related projects.


1. Cover all projects sustaining phase and copy projects from ECAT hardware side, include Tier 1/Tier 2/GPU related projects.

2. Responsible for ECAT related change management, join PCR discussion and follow PCR to prepare/release ECAT EC to factory for PCBA build:

a. Oversee and manage design changes, ensuring that all revisions are documented/approved and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

b. Work closely with engineering teams to assess the impact of design changes on timelines, costs, and production schedules.

c. If any schematic/board file change are needed which triggered by PCR, manage the design/test phases, including Gerber file preparation and progress tracking, ensuring milestones are met in alignment with project schedules

3. Responsible for ECAT material tracking, track material preparation status and coordinate with the factory to ensure adherence to the build schedule, quality standards, and timely delivery.

4. Monitor the progress and deliverables in sustaining phase/copy projects, identifying potential risks and collaborate with the team to create action and backup plans for each review stage to mitigate risks.

5. Project Reporting:

a. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.

b. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
