With over 1,100 highly skilled team members across Canada, the organization specializes in maintenance and modifications, cargo operations, military pilot training, and aircraft leasing.
We’re looking for a Hangar Operations Manager to lead one of their dynamic hangar teams in Kelowna and ensure smooth, safe, and customer-focused operations.

What will you be doing? Lead and inspire Project Supervisors, Support Supervisors, and technical staff. Ensure compliance with policies, Transport Canada regulations, and industry best practices. Manage hangar operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Oversee projects, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time, cost-effective outcomes. Create a positive, collaborative workplace culture where your team can thrive. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and long-term planning.
What you'll need Valid Transport Canada A.M.E. license. 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance with at least 1 year in management. Knowledge of MRO/heavy maintenance environments, financial processes, and quality assurance. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. A focus on safety, collaboration, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Location This role is based in Kelowna, BC, surrounded by lakes, vineyards, and mountains, the perfect blend of lifestyle and career. Some travel may be required.
