To work closely with the Facilities Manager and priesthood leaders to perform basic upkeep and minor repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical fixtures, broken appliances/equipment; maintenance to interior and exterior of assigned areas including painting, carpentry, ground clean-up, and new equipment/furniture installation. The handyman shall gather and maintain a log of supplies used and purchased; may assist in contractor supervision and reporting skill level and ability.
