Job Title: Handload Operator
Job Description

As a Handload Operator, you will perform Plated Through-Hole (PTH) prepping and handload operations, ensuring precision and accuracy in handling parts onto PCBA. Your role will include managing change-over processes, conducting first article and end-of-kit processes, and performing daily preventive maintenance on machines.

ResponsibilitiesPerform PTH parts prepping.Handload parts onto PCBA.Manage change-over processes.Conduct first article processes.Manage end-of-kit processes.Perform daily preventive maintenance on machines.Maintain 5S discipline in the working station.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and work instructions.Ability to use hand tools and small automatic tools such as screwdrivers and torque wrenches with precision.Understanding of cable/wiring harness diagrams.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a HL or Prep Operator Lead in an electronics manufacturing environment.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Autonomy.Sense of responsibility.Integrity in work.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
