Key Responsibilities\nManaging your own time to optimise business\nTaking responsibility for the hair salon\nBeing responsible for stock and supplies\nDeveloping your own Kardex\nBeing able to work with demanding customers\nKnowledge of luxury standards\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nSeveral years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury hotel industry\nBroad knowledge of hairdressing techniques, cuts and styling\nUnderstanding and implementing our customers' preferences and providing advice\nAn eye for detail, aesthetics and creativity\nFirst-class customer service and building a loyal customer base\nOrganisational skills and flexibility\nKnowledge of current trends and styles\n\n
