Join a leading project in the oil and gas industry as an H3SE Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety, health, and environmental protection during the construction of a major crude oil export pipeline.
Role Overview
Assist the Terminal Manager in all matters relating to safety, health, and environmental protection. Monitor compliance with site activities according to Company H3SE management procedures. Prepare and execute Work Permits as Safety Authority. Continuously check the Site Emergency Response Plan and propose improvements. Conduct safety training for site personnel and contractors. Carry out H3SE KPI and event reporting in coordination with DSA. Check compliance with safety equipment inspection procedures. Control operations and interventions on the site. Ensure availability and functionality of Life Saving Appliances (LSAs). Perform risk assessments before potentially dangerous activities. Organize Job Risk Assessments (JRAs) with contractors. Implement corrective actions based on H3SE findings and audits. Assist in investigating accidents and incidents. Lead monthly and quarterly H3SE meetings. Provide regular H3SE reports on site surveys and inspections. Ensure revision and updating of ERPS documentation. Stop unsafe operations and report to Site Management. Train personnel assigned ERPS functions. Maintain the register of degraded situations. Conduct audits and analyze dysfunctions for corrective actions. Propose scenarios for safety drills and assist in their facilitation. Participate in establishing the PMES schedule.Skills & Qualifications
Environmental Risk Assessment: Strong knowledge in assessing environmental risks. Environmental Regulations: Familiarity with local and international environmental regulations. Environmental Permits: Experience in managing environmental permits.Education & Experience
Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent. HSE certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc. At least 10 years’ experience in an operational environment, preferably in the oil & gas industry.Pay & Benefits
