What is GBS H2R?
GBS (Global Business Services) is Siemens’ global powerhouse for delivering efficient, high-quality services across HR, Finance, and more. Within GBS, the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) team manages everything related to an employee’s journey at Siemens—from onboarding and organizational changes to offboarding and retirement. As part of the H2R team, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring employees have a seamless and compliant experience throughout their time with Siemens.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, exits, and more. Maintain accurate employee records in global HR systems like Workday and SAP. Support employees and business partners with inquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, line managers, and other departments to ensure high-quality service. Ensure process compliance and audit readiness across all H2R activities. Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Initial experience in HR operations or shared services is preferred. Familiarity with systems like Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow is a strong plus. Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset. Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.What’s in It for You:
