Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented H&S Emergency Preparedness (DRP/BCP) Specialist to join our team!

His/her main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing comprehensive emergency response plans

Conducting risk assessments to identify potential emergency scenariosCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive emergency response effortsTrain employees on emergency procedures and conduct regular drillsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in emergency managementEvaluate and update emergency plans based on audits and after-action reviewsLiaise with local, government emergency management agenciesOversee the activation of emergency operations centers during crisesDevelop and manage budgets for emergency preparedness initiativesFacilitate post-incident analysis to identify improvement areasEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Relevant BSc degree in relevant field.Min 8 years’ experience in emergency response definition and execution.Background with international service provider or experience, is preferredExperience working on the client-side is a benefit.Experience in large-scale infrastructure in KSA is a strong advantage.
