Job description

As a gym instructor, you are an integral part of our wellness team, dedicated to supporting guests in achieving their fitness goals. You will provide expert guidance on exercise programs, ensure safe use of equipment, and promote a healthy lifestyle aligned with Mövenpick's Hotel Al Zaytoon Baghdad commitment to well-being and vitality.

Welcome and assist guests in the gym with a warm and professional attitude. Provide personal fitness assessments, create workout programs, and offer fitness advice. Instruct guests on the correct and safe use of gym equipment. Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities (towels, water, etc.). Monitor the gym area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appropriate guest behavior. Promote wellness services and encourage guest participation in health-related activities. Conduct fitness classes or group training sessions, as applicable. Report any maintenance or safety issues with equipment to the relevant department. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Qualifications Previous experience as a gym instructor, personal trainer, or fitness coach (preferably in a hotel or resort setting). Certified in fitness training, personal training, or physical education. CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate guests of all fitness levels. Good communication in Arabic and English. Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance. About the Company
