Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications or training in project/program management is a plus. Proven experience in program management, business analysis, and data-driven reporting, preferably in payroll or related operational environments. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel (including VBA), and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Experience automating workflows and building scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, and AI/ML tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of payroll systems and US payroll regulatory environment. Ability to lead cross-regional projects and collaborate with global teams.
