JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of safety, package gas sales, hard-goods sales, local cylinder production, and local cylinder distribution and Gulf Zone back-office operations. Responsibilities also include small bulk gas sales in collaboration with the assigned Vice President of Bulk Sales (as applicable).
Work closely with Zone Vice President of Operations regarding matters of safety and overall zone operations.

· Manage sales budgets.
· Oversight of the sales contract execution process for new and existing customers including negotiation of terms and conditions in conjunction with the legal team.
· Set pricing guidelines and strategies.
· Lead the zone team to meet the highest customer service standards.
· Select, develop, and coach key managers as part of the zone management team as well as develop potential top-performers as future managers.
· Actively work with the recruiting team to identify and /screen/interview candidates.
· Partner with HR on matters of performance management and in dealings with unionized employees (where applicable).
· Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations teams on safe, efficient, and profitable operations in every aspect of the business. (Includes asset operation and management, identification of cost reduction programs, service improvement opportunities, and participation in key projects for the company and zones).
