Work you’ll do:

As a Senior Consultant – Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer, you will bring a curious, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset to configure and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter to support P&C insurance product and underwriting needs. You will act as a key interface between client stakeholders and Deloitte delivery teams, translating business requirements into PolicyCenter configuration and technical design (including product model, rules/workflows, and Gosu-based extensions), and collaborating across integrations, data, and adjacent Guidewire components as needed. You will continuously strengthen your PolicyCenter expertise, remain open to coaching, and contribute to team development by supporting and mentoring junior practitioners.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree4+ years consulting and/or relevant insurance industry experience (P&C, Life & Annuity/Group, Commercial, Specialty)4+ years implementing insurance core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Origami or similar)4yrs full lifecycle large-scale implementations (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims systems)4 yrs of experience working in one of the following sub service areas: Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration or Distribution1 year experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations2 years of experience managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testingAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited sponsorship may be available.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
