The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Insurance COTS products and 5+ years of leading Guidewire implementations across various modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. **Mandatory Skills** + Strong knowledge on Insurance P&C domain + Good knowledge of the product development life cycle. + Strong Program Management skills + Strong client / stakeholder management skills + Guidewire certified. **Roles And Responsibilities** + Responsible for overall program delivery and coordinates/oversees all project activities and deliverables. + Responsible for ensuring the dependencies are met in the given date, queries are clarified within the prescribed time window, resolve issues, and mitigate delivery risks. + Works with Cognizant Guidewire Senior Delivery Lead and liaise with all Customer Key stakeholders at onshore to ensure Guidewire initiatives/projects/programs from Inception to Development, Stabilization and Implementation are delivered. + Participate in Platform best practice initiatives and ensure all project team follow the guidelines. + Point of contact at onshore for Guidewire Program/Project risk/issue and drive it to closure working with the team + Track projects activities / milestones including identifying the project’s critical path items + Participate in program cadence and governance meetings + Other responsibilities as directed by Customer from time to time **Qualifications/Certifications (Optional):** + Master in Engineering/Technology in any stream + PMP from Project Management Institute **Salary Range** : >$100,000 **Date of Posting:** 29-Sep-25 **Next Steps:** If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
