At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

Backend: Core Java, Gosu Language.
Front End: JavaScript, ReactJS, Typescript.
Hands on experience in Guidewire Implementation.
Insurance domain knowledge.
Experience in Agile delivery models (SCRUM or SAFe)
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders
Ability to leverage AI technologies (e.g. AI-assisted development tools) to accelerate learning, improve productivity, and enhance delivery outcomes
Good-to-have skillsets:
Backend: integration frameworks, Edge APIs, Cloud APIs, and Apache Camel
Frontend: Guidewire xEngage Products / Jutro Digital Portal (JDP)
Experience in consulting and business development activities, including scoping, estimation, resource planning, and solution design
Experience with cloud migration initiatives
Minimum requirements/Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology
At least 8 years of relevant experience in web application design and implementation, experiences with Guidewire Insurance Suite products
