Responsibilities Serve as the initial welcoming presence at various hospital entry points (Main, Surgical Pavilion, ED, and Women's & Children's) Provide clear directions and communicate hospital guidelines and policies effectively Manage visitor control and maintain oversight of assigned areas to ensure safety Respond promptly to guest concerns and provide immediate service recovery as needed Perform various clerical duties to support hospital operations Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hospital services and resources to assist guests confidently Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Valid state drivers license at facilities where Valet assistance may be needed, required. Additional Skills (required): Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills. Ability to converse with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient typing skills.
