Responsibilities What You’ll Do: + Serve as the initial welcoming presence at key hospital entry points + Guide patients and visitors by answering questions and providing directions + Communicate hospital guidelines and maintain visitor control in assigned areas + Provide immediate service recovery to ensure satisfaction + Support administrative functions to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Valid state drivers license at facilities where Valet assistance may be needed, required. + Additional Skills (required): Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills. Ability to converse with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
