As the Guest Services Officer - Concierge/ Bell Attendant, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications** Preferably with a valid HK driving license. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1-year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
