Guest Services Officer – One Duck Lane

**Description:**
+ Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets
+ Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings (Guest Service Officer – Chinese)
+ Take orders and serve food and beverages
+ Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
+ Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries
+ Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
+ Create memorable guest experiences, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
+ Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
**Qualifications:**
+ Has a basic knowledge of POS systems and online restaurant platforms
+ With a can-do attitude and teamwork mind-set
+ Exceptional customer orientation and relationship building skills
+ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Able to work independently
+ Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
