**The Role**
As a Guest Services Host - Telecommunications, you will be the face of our organization—delivering exceptional customer experience to all visitors, clients, and partners. You will support front‑of‑house operations, coordinate communication needs, and ensure that every guest receives professional, warm, and efficient service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring smooth check‑in and delivering a positive first impression.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information regarding services and internal processes.
- Coordinate with telecommunications teams and internal support departments to meet visitor requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and communication requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the reception and guest areas, ensuring they remain organized, presentable, and guest‑ready at all times.
- Support administrative duties and customer service tasks as required.

**Who You Are**
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
