Job Description

The Guest Service Agent is a key representative of our hotel and the Minor Hotels brand.  He or she creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests.  He/she must have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world.  The position necessitates being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant, all performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfactionMaintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, services, and facilitiesManage room inventory, generate reports, and ensure accurate billing using Opera CloudTrain and assist colleagues in Opera Cloud usage for smooth operationsTake personal responsibility for service quality and guest satisfactionSuggest innovative solutions to enhance guests' Minor Hotels experience

QualificationsMust have at least two years of experience in the hotel industryMust have good communication skills.Experience in Opera Cloud
