This position is **primarily bell-focused** , welcoming guests on the front drive, assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and communicating closely with Front Desk, Valet, and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. In addition, this role requires a **comfort level with the Seattle area** and the ability to provide elevated guest assistance through concierge-style support. Guest Services Agents may assist with **transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations** , using both personal knowledge and available resources to tailor suggestions to guest preferences. The starting rate for this position is $27.50/hour.
