Guest Services Representative

Energetic and friendly individuals needed to provide an outstanding guest experience in a customer service position at a Retail center in Honolulu, HI. The Guest Services Representative will courteously greet all tenants and visitors to the reception desk, while making a wonderful first impression for visitors to the building. Guest Services Representatives must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Schedule: 20 hours/week

Compensation: $16/hour

We’re looking for someone who:

Takes great pride in offering helpful, friendly service at all timesIs able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, accommodating and communicating with a broad range of clientele with varied needsIs able to collaborate and work within a team environmentIs proactive, approachable and solution focusedIs punctual and dependableHas a strong customer service orientationHas excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHas experience with multi-line phone systemsIs proficient on basic Microsoft Office applications and the Internet

Duties will include:

Courteously greeting all tenants and visitors to the reception deskSigning in all authorized visitors according to the policies, rules, and regulationsContacting tenants in a courteous and professional manner when a guest is not pre-registeredProviding excellent service to all guests arriving at the buildingProcessing visitors’ information and provide a visitor badgeProviding access to visitors for tenant and non-tenant group events, as neededAnswering any tenant phone calls and emails for assistance throughout the dayProviding guidance/information as requested from tenants

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
