Job Overview:

 

The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services.

High School DiplomaOne to Three years prior experience in health care and/or customer service requiredClerical experience preferred

Essential Functions:

Provides direction to various hospital departmentsAssists in the resolution of patient visitor concerns and complaintsOther clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the departmentResponsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments, i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles etc.
